TAU Platform

Mia Impact

Track revenue, bookings, and opportunities generated by the assistant in operations with Trinks connected.

Mia Impact

The Mia Impact screen shows, in a simple way, how the assistant is helping fill your business schedule. It was designed for beauty, aesthetics, and service operations that use Trinks connected to TAU.

Instead of showing only message volume, the dashboard answers practical questions:

  • How much did Mia put on the schedule?
  • How many bookings came from the assistant and how many came from the team?
  • Which services happened outside business hours?
  • Which conversations deserve a commercial follow-up?
  • Where are the proofs of the created bookings?

🚀 Visible value for management

The screen turns conversations into business results. It helps managers see TAU not only as automated service, but as an assistant that generates bookings, recovers opportunities, and works even when the team is offline.

When the screen appears

The Mia Impact screen is available for accounts with bookings connected to TAU, especially operations that use Trinks.

At the top, you will see the Trinks connected status and can refresh data at any time using Update data.

If your company uses Trinks and the screen does not appear yet, contact TAU support to confirm whether the integration is active in your account.

Period filters

Use the period selector to analyze different windows:

  • Current cycle
  • Previous cycle
  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days
  • Last 6 months
  • Last year

The selected period changes the cards, opportunities, and bookings table shown in the dashboard.

Main cards

Revenue booked by Mia

Shows the estimated value of bookings created by the assistant in the period. It is a quick way to understand how much result TAU helped move.

Schedule filled by Mia

Shows how many bookings came from the assistant and what share they represent in the total schedule.

Outside business hours

Highlights customers captured while the team was offline. This card helps show opportunities that could have been lost without automatic service.

Subscription cycle comparison

When available, the screen shows how much value was booked in the current cycle compared to the subscription value. The goal is to make TAU's return easier to understand during the billing period.

Mia's recent wins

The Mia's recent wins section lists concrete examples of services that became bookings. Each item may show the customer, service, value, and conversation context.

When there are bookings outside business hours, the screen also highlights that group with a shortcut to View bookings.

Opportunities to sell more

The Opportunities to sell more section uses Leo's analysis to highlight conversations with commercial signals, such as interest in a service, price requests, booking intent, or recovery opportunities.

These opportunities help the team prioritize follow-ups. The same conversation may appear in more than one category because each category represents a different signal found in the service interaction.

Use this section as a prioritization list: start with the opportunities that show higher purchase intent or greater urgency.

Booking proofs

The Booking proofs section brings together the complete table for the period. It lets you review each booking with useful filters:

  • Search by customer or phone
  • Filter by source: All, Mia, or Team
  • Filter by status: Scheduled, Confirmed, Completed, or Canceled
  • Sort by newest, oldest, highest value, or lowest value

Whenever available, you can open the related conversation to understand the service context.

How to use it day to day

  1. Open Mia Impact at the beginning or end of the day
  2. Check revenue and bookings generated in the period
  3. Review services captured outside business hours
  4. Review opportunities highlighted by Leo
  5. Open the most promising conversations and follow up manually when needed
  6. Use the table to check status, customer, phone, and booking value

This routine turns the dashboard into a commercial management tool, not just a monitoring screen.
