Ask Leo
Chat with Leo to configure your assistant in natural language — without needing to know where each setting is.
Ask Leo
Leo is TAU's AI copilot. It appears as a side panel on every screen of the admin dashboard with one single goal: to keep you in control of your assistant without needing to understand technology.
How to use
Leo is always visible in the right side panel. Just type what you want as you would speak to a human assistant — and it acts.
Configure what the assistant knows
- "My salon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 8pm. Add that."
- "Create a response for when the customer asks about hair coloring prices."
- "I want the assistant to know we accept PIX, card, and cash."
- "Add our address: 123 Main Street, Downtown."
Configure how the assistant behaves
- "When the customer asks for a discount, I want the assistant to offer 10% and no more than that."
- "If the customer is upset, transfer to a human immediately."
- "I want the assistant to always collect the name and phone number before scheduling."
- "If the customer asks something the assistant doesn't know, it should admit it and offer to get someone."
Adjust tone and personality
- "The assistant is too formal. I want it to be more casual."
- "Add more emojis to the responses."
- "The responses are too long — I want shorter, more direct answers."
Analyze results
- "How many conversations did we have this week?"
- "What are the most frequent customer questions?"
- "Which conversations were transferred to a human today?"
- "What's the assistant's resolution rate?"
Navigate and find settings
- "Where do I configure business hours?"
- "Show me the available integrations."
- "I want to edit the scheduling situation."
How Leo acts
When you make a request, Leo:
- Understands what you want in natural language
- Identifies which configuration needs to be created or changed — Knowledge Base, Situation, General Settings, etc.
- Executes — creates, edits, or navigates for you
- Confirms what was done and shows the result on screen
All of this without you needing to know which menu each option is in or how to fill in each field.
You don't need to be precise or technical. "I want the assistant to be friendlier" is enough. If Leo needs more details to complete the request, it will ask.
Where to start
If you're configuring the assistant for the first time, Leo is the best starting point. Try:
- "Tell me what you can do" — Leo introduces itself and shows its capabilities
- "I want to configure my assistant for [type of business]" — it guides the process
- "What's missing for my assistant to be ready?" — it analyzes the current state and suggests what to improve
