How to create tasks, follow-ups, and log activities in TAU CRM.
Tasks and Activities
Use Tasks to create reminders and follow-ups linked to contacts, companies, or opportunities.
Create a task
- Open a contact, company, or opportunity
- Click Tasks → + Add task
- Fill in: Title, Due date, Owner
- Click Create
You can also go to Tasks in the side menu to view and create all team tasks.
Activity types
| Type | Use |
|---|---|
| Task | Follow-up, call to make, pending action |
| Note | Information log about the contact |
| Meeting | Log of a completed call or meeting |
Useful filters
- My tasks — filter by
Assignee = Me - Due today — filter by
Due date = Today - Overdue — filter by
Due date < Today+Status = Open
