How to create tasks, follow-ups, and log activities in TAU CRM.

Tasks and Activities

Use Tasks to create reminders and follow-ups linked to contacts, companies, or opportunities.

Create a task

  1. Open a contact, company, or opportunity
  2. Click Tasks → + Add task
  3. Fill in: Title, Due date, Owner
  4. Click Create

You can also go to Tasks in the side menu to view and create all team tasks.

Activity types

Useful filters

  • My tasks — filter by Assignee = Me
  • Due today — filter by Due date = Today
  • Overdue — filter by Due date < Today + Status = Open
