AI Chat

The TAU CRM AI Chat lets you query your business data in natural language, without having to build filters or reports manually.

How to use

Click the AI icon (✨) in the top-right corner of the CRM.

Example queries:

How many opportunities are in the Proposal stage?
Which contacts had no activity in the last 30 days?
What is the total pipeline value this month?
List the 10 highest-value deals.

What the AI can do

• Count and list records using natural-language filters
• Summarize the pipeline and sales metrics
• Find contacts by any criteria
• Create records via chat (e.g. "Create a contact: John Smith, john@company.com")

Privacy

The AI only accesses data within your workspace. No data is shared between customers.
